Parity Projects is working with Radian housing group and  Camco as part of Retrofit South East  – an ERDF and SEEDA funded project, focused on the low carbon upgrading of 14 of Radian’s homes. The properties are being upgraded using a combination of initiatives such as external solid wall insulation, loft insulation, new efficient gas boilers & controls, MVHR and solar PV. Four of the properties will have extra initiatives such as solar thermal, rainwater harvesting and additional PV.

As part of the project, Parity has developed the first recognised and accredited eco-refurbishment courses and have been delivering them free across the South East region using SEEDA funding.
