At it’s simplest Portfolio Plus adds in a timeline to our market leading stock analysis Portfolio service, facilitating management of budgets, energy performance and decarbonisation over time.

Behind that simplicity sits complex logic that we’ve developed through real-world experience – to optimise the order of delivery in relation to the drivers and constraints facing UK landlords – including tenant needs, decency works, other repairs and maintenance, and the potential for re-work if measures are installed in the ‘wrong’ order.

Our early projects have identified Portfolio Plus delivers value in the region of around £3k per home through the avoidance of rework and the delivery of savings through aligning retrofit with other works.
