Our demo house was recently featured on London Lives’s Place Invaders.  If you don’t want to watch the main presenter rocking round some pretty silly houses then skip to 22 minutes in.

It’s a quick fire tour of the house pointing out the key features and ending up with my top tips. It was pretty much one take so sorry for the warts and all.

And just to clarify, my 4-bed house in Peckham hasn’t really turned into a 3-bed semi in Brixton!
