CarbonBuzz Update

Some of the graph logic has now been updated on the CarbonBuzz website so I thought I’d post an update. As you can see from the below, which shows KgCO2 per m2, our first year was pretty much exactly what me modelled. The CO2 due to thermal reasons was higher than modelled and that due to electricity was lower.  Again it is worth pointing out that it was both an exceptionally cold winter (the modelled is against a standard weather year), and the house still had some holes to plug.

CarbonBuzz Graphs IIII think the results show a number of things:

1. Our modelling is very good considering it couldn’t be calibrated in this instance as we had never lived there.

2. Hopefully with a few holes plugged and a milder winter we can save even more.
